Hello! I am very excited to have been hired as the second grade teacher for CCA! Recently, my husband and I moved from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania for his job at Dickinson College. I graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2016 and have been teaching ever since. I have seven years of experience working in the public school system, specifically in kindergarten. I have also completed Lexia’s LETRS training for reading.
My family includes my husband and our dog Ruffles. We love to travel and see new places. This is my first year in second grade, and I couldn’t be more excited to grow and learn alongside my students. One of my favorite things about CCA is being able to pray for students and teaching them about the Bible. I’m looking forward to a great year at CCA!
