Tuition and Fees
Paying Tuition and registration at CCA is simple. You will need to set up a FACTS account online and all billing will be done automatically. FACTS provides families with the nation’s leading tuition management system. You can begin an account by clicking on the icon below.

CCA’s 2017-18 Registration and Tuition Costs:

Homeschoolers participating in Academics pay $375 for 1 to 3 courses and those who are not pay a reduced registration fee of $50 per year.

All tuition is paid through CCA’s online account management, known as “FACTS”

Discount Plan: Full payment made on or before August 1st receives a 2% discount on tuition!
2 semester payments (Payments due August 20 and January 20)
10 monthly payments (Aug – May)
12 monthly payment (June – May) NOTE: Student must be registered by June 10 for this option
Sibling rates (based on oldest child enrolled)
- 2nd child – 90% of tuition
- 3rd child – 80% of tuition
- 4h child – 70% of tuition
- 5th child – 60% of tuition
- 6th child – 50% of tuition
Student Referral Credit: For each student enrolled who was referred by a CCA family, a $100 credit will be applied to both the referring family and the referred student in January 2017. Referral must be noted on the application at the time of registration and this excludes students referred for kindergarten.
