HARVEST DAY!
First grade enjoying a hay ride for Harvest Day!
LUNCH PROGRAM
Free school meals — regardless of income — are back for students in Pennsylvania. Students are able to receive lunch regardless of their families’ income for the rest of 2020. If you are interested in this program, please go to this link: Free Lunch Program These lunches are NOT provided at CCA, but you can sign up for them and pick them up if you are interested!
Carlisle Area School District has been approved to provide weekend meals. CVA students and other children within the community not included in the district’s other distributions, can now pickup 7 breakfast and 7 lunch meals each week.
The USDA has approved CASD to serve free meals (breakfast and lunch) to all students for the remainder of the school year, as federal funding permits.
Meals will be distributed each Wednesday for CVA students or other community children at the Carlisle High School, McGowan Building between 7 – 10 am. Distribution will be located at the front entrance to McGowan by the Bison statue beginning the week of 11/4/20.
Families must complete the form each week by Friday at 7 pm – https://www.carlisleschools.org/FoodPickupCVA.
** Meals may not be provided if the form has not been completed.
PTA
CCA is blessed to have an amazing group of volunteers called The PTA (Parent Teacher Association). Our PTA offers support to our teachers and staff and plans awesome activities and events for our school community. If you would like to learn more about The PTA, please join us for a virtual meeting on Monday, November 9, 2020 AT 6PM. Please email jmirandou@carlislechristian.org for a link to the meeting.
